| 4 out of 5 | You need to include at LEAST some sort of identification of your store. Many people have multiple envelopes showing up w/ the same contents. Your From address doesn't include your store name and you don't include an invoice. Please make it easier for buyers to leave you positive feedback. | 2 out of 5 | This $170 order was not shipped for 5 days at which point I sent a message asking what the delay was. The excuse given was being a student. When it finally did ship, it was in a plain white envelope in a top loader. Luckily, the cards arrived without any damage, 5 days past the due date.
