| 4 out of 5 | A couple of these cards are really skirting the line between NM and LP. I'd call the reverse holo very LP considering all the wear on both sides of the card. It looks foggy on both sides and not clean at all. That said, we're talking a $1 difference and it's just a binder card, so I'm not going to leave a neutral/negative rating.
