1 out of 5	Made a purchase for a $28 card and after 1 week the card was still not shipped. Only after I messaged the seller did he provide a USPS tracking number. But after another week and two more messages, the seller has still not dropped the card of to USPS. The seller lied about shipping the card and this seems to be common based on other feedback.
